Ingredients:

- Open the packaging and thaw 200g of red prawn balls for 15 minutes
- Olive oil spray (for air frying or shallow frying)
For the Crispy Noodles:

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1/2 cup vegetable broth or water

1/2 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, carrots, bok choy, etc.)
1 tsp garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the Red Prawn Lollipop:
- Air-frying: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Lightly spray the red prawn balls with olive oil and air-fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Shallow Frying: Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the red prawn balls until golden and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes).
Preparing the Crispy Noodles:
Deep-fried Method (Crunchiest Option):
- Heat enough oil in a wok or deep pan for frying.
- Separate the noodles and fry them in batches until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Baked Method (Healthier Option):
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the noodles with a little sesame oil and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.

Mix the Sauce Ingredients:
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch slurry, vegetable broth, and sesame oil.
Cook the Sauce and Vegetables:
- In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Crispy Noodle Base:
- Place the crispy noodles on a serving plate as the base.
